Terms and Conditions

During your stay, we would require all the members of the guest group to arrive before the gates close at 10 pm. No guests will be allowed in or out of the resort compound after 10 pm. If there is any emergency please contact +91 9895935495

During the monsoon season or random heavy rains, the water levels of the river will rise causing trouble while kayaking. Therefore, kayaks will not be allowed to use if the water levels seem risky. However, if you insist to use the same, ViewPoint will not be responsible for any damages or loses that may occur then.

We encourage all guests to prioritize their safety and the safety of their group members when utilizing the river amenities or pool. Please be aware that the resort will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
• Please inform the caretaker if you require early check-in or late check-out.

Registration

• Please provide your full name, Aadhar ID, and contact information to us at least 2 days prior to Checking-in

Pool Usage

• The pool is open from 8:00 AM and will close at 9:00 pm
• All guests must shower before entering the pool.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Diving and running are strictly prohibited.
• Glass containers are not allowed near the pool area.
• Eating around the pool is prohibited.

Kayaks and Pedal boats

• Will be open only till 5:30 pm

Noise and Disturbance

• Please be considerate of others and keep noise levels to a minimum
• Outdoor music after 10:00 pm is prohibited

No Pets

• Pets are not allowed inside the cabin or resort premises. However, service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
• Smoking areas are available outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Damages and Losses

• Guests will be held responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property, furniture, or amenities.
• Please report any damages to the front desk immediately.
• Rooms and the premises will be checked for any losses or damages before checkout.

Fire Safety

• Open fires and barbecues are allowed only in designated areas.

Parking

• Guests are required to park their vehicles only in designated parking areas.
• The resort is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles.

River Conservation

• Please do not dispose of any waste directly into the river or its surroundings.
• Avoid throwing or leaving any garbage, plastic, or other waste materials near the riverbanks.

Respect for the Environment

• Help us maintain the beauty of the resort by refraining from littering or damaging natural surroundings.
• Please follow proper waste disposal guidelines.

Waste Management

• Please use the designated waste bins provided throughout the resort for disposing of all waste items.
• Avoid littering and dispose of waste responsibly to prevent contamination of the river and pool.
