Cancellation and Refunds
Thank you for choosing our resort for your upcoming stay. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability. However, in order to ensure the financial stability of our resort, we have implemented a strict cancellation policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Periods:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Rebooking Option:
- If you need to cancel your reservation but wish to reschedule, we offer a one-time rebooking option without penalties, subject to availability and within the same calendar year.
- The rebooking must be made within 30 days of the original arrival date.
Limited Refunds for Late Cancellations:
- If a cancellation occurs within the non-refundable period, we will attempt to rebook the cancelled reservation.
- If a replacement booking is secured for the same dates and rate, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
- For peak seasons, special events, or group bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of reservation. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Early Departure:
- No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused nights in the event of an early departure.
Rejected Bookings:
- If a booking is rejected due to unavailability, we will make every effort to offer alternative accommodations within our resort or partner network.
- If a rejected booking becomes available due to a cancellation, we will contact the original requester in order of rejection and offer them the opportunity to book.
